Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

It has been snowing like crazy for the past week! Landon is loving the snow! By loving it, I mean he only loves to look at it, not touch it. He is so funny! We took these pictures last week. Rich was out snow blowing and Landon wanted to be outside to entire time.

Santa!

On my birthday, we took Landon the the Festival of the Trees to see Santa Clause! I thought it would be fun. Oh my heck! I was so wrong! Landon could care less about Santa. This picture makes me laugh! Look at Connor looking at Landon and look at the panic on Landon's face! Priceless!

Merry Christmas!

Oh Christmas Tree!

This year I really debated on whether or not to put up a Christmas tree. I enjoy having a Christmas tree, but I just dread putting the tree up and then 4 weeks later having to take it all down. Is it worth it?
YES! Definitely worth it!
Landon loves the Christmas tree and he has been really good about all the ornaments. He has only broken about 4 ornaments... which is not to bad!

Thanksgiving!

Well, I am way behind on blogging! Things have been crazy! So I am going to do a little catching up today.
JoJo and Poppie came into town for Thanksgiving. It is always a good time when they come to visit. Thanksgiving was great! We ate a delicious dinner that made my jeans fill a little tighter, which is always a good feeling! The boys watched football and the ladies chatted in the kitchen.
I did not take many pictures that day, but I did get some of Landon and Connor riding in the Jeep. Landon had so much fun! So cute!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Introducing the Next Lebron James!

For Christmas, Rich and I wanted to get Landon a basketball hoop. Well, we obviously didn't wait until Christmas to give it to him and I am so glad we didn't. He loves it! I think he is going to be SUPER athletic like his dad!

Go Landon!!!

Pre-Halloween Fun!

With Halloween just around the corner, my good friend Kristi got a bunch of us gals together to take pictures of the kids in their costumes. I was so excited! We had just purchased Landon's costume over the weekend. He was going to be a scary dinosaur! Well, I made the mistake of not trying on the costume at the store, I assumed that he would fit in it when the package said a 26 pound kid could wear this outfit. I thought it would be fine. Not so lucky! I pulled the costume out and began putting it on. Landon was freaking out! He hated it! The arms were to short and the pants were more like carpi's. I called my friend and told her I did not have a costume for Landon. She said she had a chicken costume that Landon could wear. I thought to myself there is no way he is going to wear a chicken costume! When we got there, we put Landon in the chicken suit and to my surprise he loved it! It was so funny! Here are some of the pictures from tonight.

Happy Halloween Everyone!!!

Swinger

Landon had the wonderful and exhilarating experience of his first swing ride; lots of fun and tons of laughs.

Here are some pictures as well.

Just good times!

The only way to get Landon out of the swing was to show him the doggie!

It Has Been Way To Long!

I cannot believe it has been a month since my last post! I have really been slacking!

Last weekend, Rich and I decided to take a walk to the park with Landon and Diesel. It was such a nice day! Landon loves to be outside! On the way home our nice walk to the park ended quickly! Landon did not want to ride in his stroller. As we were walking home Landon fell and hit his face on the cement! I picked him up and hugged him as screamed! He looked up at me and his face was covered in blood! I was mortified! I froze! I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, everything was OK. Landon still has all his teeth and his nose is fine. I am sure there will be many more falls and bloody noses in my future. These were the picture taken prior to our little incident!

Best Friends Forever!

Rich has a group of friends that he has been friends with since he was in grade school. Every year we all get together. This past weekend, we all went to the Macaroni Grill and enjoyed a nice dinner. Afterwards, we came up to our house. The ladies talked about the Stephanie Meyers' books, while the fellas talked about politics. It was a good time! See everyone next year!
What a good turn out! Everyone smile!

Our Trip to Philly!

This past week, Rich, Landon and I flew out to check out Philadelphia. I have to admit I was very nervous for this trip. I was scared to death of the airplane ride and how Landon would handle it. He did great... better than great, he did fantastic! I was so proud of him! I was also scared that Landon would not sleep in the hotel room. Landon never sleeps anywhere but in his own bed. Again, he did great! Slept like champ!

It was absolutely beautiful back east. Luckily, we had Rich's boss keeping us entertained while we were out there. The first night, we went to the Philly's game. We had front row seats and the weather was perfect! Two nights later, we went to the Eagles game and we got to enjoy the game from the box seats! It was amazing!

On Saturday, we ventured downtown to go see a little bit of American history. We went to Independence Hall and got to see the Liberty Bell. We went by the Philadelphia Museum of Art were the notorious Rocky Balboa ran up all those stairs! I was less ambitious! I just wanted a picture at the bottom of the stairs!

Landon did great on the flight home. He was so excited to be home and see Diesel! I was also glad to be home. There is no place like home!

Sizing up the competition!!!

Landon has already developed a wicked fastball, yet this past week, while visiting Pennsylvania, he spent the days resting and the nights gaining insight as to proper pitching stance, the three and five step drops and of course the deep ball.
And had GREAT seats so as to NOT miss any of the action.

Tuesday night at the Phillies v. Mets and Thursday night at the Eagles v. Jets.

The Treehouse

On Wednesday, Landon and I drove up to Ogden with my mom, dad and newphew Connor to the Treehouse. The Treehouse is similar to the Discovery at Gateway... alot to see and explore! Here are some pictures:

Lot of Fun!
