Bowling!!!

On Monday, we went bowling! Laura and her kids were there, along with Grandpa Ron. It was a lot of fun! Everyone bowled, while Landon danced to the music! Here are a few pictures:

Welcome Home!

Over the weekend, Rich's dad returned home from China! He has been in China for the past year teaching English. Now he is home with nowhere to go! Just kidding, he is staying at the Day's Inn a.k.a our house.

The kids were very excited to see grandpa! They were even more excited when they saw he brought gifts! He brought Corbin a soccer ball back that was red and shiny! Landon loved it! He held onto that ball all night! It was so cute... poor Corbin!

Landon loves to dance! If there is music playing, he is dancing (including at church)! His opinion, "Good band, bad band... Who cares... As long as there's music in the air, baby!"

He has some great moves and a BIG fan of Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Right after the 4th of July, I went to Texas for the weekend to visit my grandma a.k.a. JoJo. JoJo had surgery on her large intestine the week before. When I got there, I was surprised to see how well she was doing. She is such a fighter!

While I was in Texas, Landon decided he was going to start walking! What a little stinker! Doesn't he know he was supposed to wait until I got home to start walking! Sad! I missed his first steps! It is so funny to see him walking around the house. He looks like drunken sailor when he walks, but he is getting better and better and everyday!

July Part II

I know the 4th of July was forever ago, but I am still going to blog about it. The day of the fourth, we really didn't do anything. We just relaxed at home, went to lunch with my dad, and then that evening we went to the Lewis' house to do fireworks. The night before we had some friends and family up for a BBQ and fireworks. It is was a good time!

July Part I

Holy Crap! July is almost over!!! I am really behind on my blogging! This month has been crazy! Rich's sister, Laura and her family from Boston came into town this month. They left for Alaska on the 14th to the 18th, and we had the opportunity of babysitting all four kids! We made it! I only cried 3 times that week... just kidding! It was an adventure, that's for sure!

Post Play Date Fun!!!

After our fun play date yesterday, we came home to find Rich washing his car in the garage. With puddles of water everywhere, Landon decided to have some fun! I cringed at how dirty he was, but he was having such a great time... how could I interrupt!!!

Yesterday, Landon and I went to Richelle's house to play with friends! We met Shelly and Connor there and Cassidee and Bailey. The plan was to go swimming. So, I thought I would come prepared with Landon in his swimming gear... ready to go! I learned a valuable lesson yesterday. I had no idea that the little swimmer diapers only worked when the child is swimming???!!! Shortly after we arrived to Richelle's house, Landon had soaked his pants!
