Best Friends Forever!

Rich has a group of friends that he has been friends with since he was in grade school. Every year we all get together. This past weekend, we all went to the Macaroni Grill and enjoyed a nice dinner. Afterwards, we came up to our house. The ladies talked about the Stephanie Meyers' books, while the fellas talked about politics. It was a good time! See everyone next year!
What a good turn out! Everyone smile!

Our Trip to Philly!

This past week, Rich, Landon and I flew out to check out Philadelphia. I have to admit I was very nervous for this trip. I was scared to death of the airplane ride and how Landon would handle it. He did great... better than great, he did fantastic! I was so proud of him! I was also scared that Landon would not sleep in the hotel room. Landon never sleeps anywhere but in his own bed. Again, he did great! Slept like champ!

It was absolutely beautiful back east. Luckily, we had Rich's boss keeping us entertained while we were out there. The first night, we went to the Philly's game. We had front row seats and the weather was perfect! Two nights later, we went to the Eagles game and we got to enjoy the game from the box seats! It was amazing!

On Saturday, we ventured downtown to go see a little bit of American history. We went to Independence Hall and got to see the Liberty Bell. We went by the Philadelphia Museum of Art were the notorious Rocky Balboa ran up all those stairs! I was less ambitious! I just wanted a picture at the bottom of the stairs!

Back to Utah!
Landon did great on the flight home. He was so excited to be home and see Diesel! I was also glad to be home. There is no place like home!

Sizing up the competition!!!

Landon has already developed a wicked fastball, yet this past week, while visiting Pennsylvania, he spent the days resting and the nights gaining insight as to proper pitching stance, the three and five step drops and of course the deep ball.
And had GREAT seats so as to NOT miss any of the action.

Tuesday night at the Phillies v. Mets and Thursday night at the Eagles v. Jets.
