Hi, we're the Days... long time readers, first time bloggers...

Gosh, I feel like there's so much pressure.

First of all, it should be known this blog will be a co-authored narrative of our lives. For postings done by me, Rich, I'll make an effort to "sign off" as "Rich" or attempt to come up with some other clever adieu.

Here’s a little intro:

Rich and Holly were set up on a blind, blind date. Holly’s mother gave a friend of Rich’s, Holly’s number. Rich’s friend couldn’t muster the courage to call; Rich, on the other hand, has plenty of “courage” or has less shame and decided to make a deal.

After the lunch date, Holly purposed. :)

Honestly, it was a simple date and they didn’t go out again till the Dashboard Confessional concert a month later (Holly did NOT appreciate the time lapse between the dates).

First date was in April – Married in November, 2004. Now, they’re living the dream and have added two more to the family. Diesel Dog Day (2 years old)… and Landon Richard Day (10 months). FYI - Diesel is a dog...

And so begins our blog…
