This week has been an emotional roller coaster for myself and especially for Rich. Last Wednesday a neighbor of ours past away. It was very unexpected. He was 44 years old, married with four children. He was such a great guy! We did not know him well, but the time that we spent with him we will never forget.
"Put Your Trust in God," by President Gordon B. Hinckley was read at his wife's funeral back in April 2004. It puts things into perspective when times are tough or your feeling down. I am so grateful for my family and for the gospel in my life. My heart goes out to the Curless family, who are in our thoughts and prayers. (I warned you, I have been a bit emotional).
Put your Trust in God
-by President Gordon B. Hinckley
It isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is.
It all works out. Don't worry.
I say that to myself every morning.
It will all workout.
Put your trust in God,
and move forward with faith
and confidence in the future.
The lord will not forsake us.
He will not forsake us.
If we will put our trust in Him,
if we will pray to Him,
if we will live worthy of His blessings,
He will hear our prayers.

so sweet Holly...I can't get this family out of my mind. They're in my prayers!
Thanks, sweetheart, for a great post. I'm literally sitting in a financial conference as I type this on my phone where there's talk of the sky falling. It's so nice to have the gospel perspective and to know of the real plan and where we can place our trust. Thanks again... Love you
Holly my mom said you needed that today! Thank You...
love,
